SHIPPING

Thank you so much for making a purchase with Bronc Ranch Wear! All items will be processed and shipped out within 1-14 business days max unless otherwise stated in the product description or through another form of communication.* Once we ship your products most packages are delivered in 2-5 days. I am a stay at home mom of twins and a one woman show so we had to extend our processing time temporarily. If you would like signature confirmation on your packages feel free to email us about that as well (so that we may adjust your shipping cost accordingly). Packages are not our responsibility once they have been delivered to the customers home. An example of this is if USPS tracking shows the customer's package was delivered but the customer claims that it did not show up, then we are not responsible for a refund or for tracking down said package. At that point it would be up to the customer to contact USPS because we are not able to access any information on the package once it has been delivered. Orders will not be cancelled if a package is shipped within the time frame stated above. If you want to return an item after it has shipped for a refund please read our return policy below. The customer is responsible for putting in the correct shipping info. We are not responsible for packages if the customer doesn't check the shipping info and puts the wrong address/if there are typos.

 

*Certain products such as tooled leather items may take longer to ship due to the time it takes to make the item. Handmade items like this should have an estimated timeline for how long they take to make within the product description. (Ex. the product description may say it takes 2-3 days to make). Depending on how long our order list is it could be longer though so email us if you need a more specific time estimate. Orders will not be cancelled if a package is shipped within the time frame stated above. If you want to return an item after it has shipped for a refund please read our return policy below.

RETURNS

We try to eliminate the need for returns by product descriptions given. Once again, if you have any questions about an item please feel free to contact us! The following rules apply for returning an item.

  • The item must be returned in new condition meaning not worn, not washed, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, no smoke smell.
  • You have 14 business days to return the item. Meaning from the day it is confirmed delivered to your house, it must be back at our warehouse (the address can be found below) on the 14th day.
  • All returns need confirmation that we got it and that you got it so make sure to get a tracking number.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and if the package gets to our warehouse to late (after day 14).
  • Once returned if everything is in perfect condition the customer will be issued a full refund minus the shipping cost.
  • All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned for a refund but they can be exchanged for other in stock items.
  • All tooled leather items, whether they're custom or already in stock, are FINAL and CANNOT be returned. This includes all tooled leather earrings, wallets, belts, etc. 
  • Refunds will be issued within 1-3 days of us getting the item back (sometimes it takes the banks a few days to process refunds especially if you pay through paypal).
  • It is at the discretion of Bronc Ranch Wear to deny a return if the merchandise is in a damaged or used condition.
  • We do not do exchanges since it is easy to get inventory mixed up this way (especially as an online only store at the moment). If you want the same item but a different size please return the item then make a new order.
